This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies exclusively to online courses, recordings, and pre-recorded programs purchased through our website. By enrolling in any digital product offered by Yog With VK, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
Digital products (including online courses, recordings, and pre-recorded programs) are eligible for a refund only if BOTH of the following conditions are met:

The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, AND

The digital content has not been accessed, viewed, or downloaded by the User.
If either condition is not fulfilled, the purchase shall be deemed non-refundable, and no refund will be processed.
Digital products are delivered instantly to the User upon successful payment, and access to such content constitutes full delivery of service.
Cancellations or Changes by Yog With VK
In exceptional cases where Yog With VK must postpone, modify, or revoke access to a digital program due to technical issues, system errors, or unforeseen operational challenges, Yog With VK may offer the User:

A full refund (with no deductions), OR

Rescheduled access or an alternative program, where applicable.
The decision to accept a refund or an alternative offering rests solely with the User.
Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the User’s bank or payment provider.

Yog With VK shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions or payment gateways.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Users agree to first contact Yog With VK to resolve concerns before initiating any bank-level dispute or chargeback. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access to Yog With VK programs.

Modification of This Policy

Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
